What are remanufactured units?  Is there a place I can find them on your website?

Remanufactured units are devices that were returned to the factory to be factory refurbished. Remanufactured devices go through extensive testing to bring the units up to the same specifications as when they were manufactured as new, maintaining high quality standards. Yes, we provide that but you will need to call our support for more information.

Is there a section dedicated to clearance products on your website?

Not at the moment but we will be having that soon!

What is the cutoff time to have an order ship the same day?

All orders placed by 4pm EST will ship the same day as long as everything requested is currently in stock.
